It's been a month since I purchased a vehicle from here! And all I can say, is that I'm overjoyed. She works wonderfully and I've had no problems! The team here is wonderful and care a whole lot about their clientele. Cheryl and Sean were a big help as it was my first time financing and made sure to explain everything easily. Picked up my new Jeep from these wonderful folks last August(ish). First time buying a new vehicle for myself as well as first time financing- the process was smooth and all aspects were covered/explained in full. Cheryl and Sean were great! — Then after some time had passed, some general repairs were needed that were under warranty and after getting jerked about by another garage for EIGHT days over one easy fix (this place tried telling me they had to take out the entire engine to fix an oil pan gasket), Alberta truck and auto helped to diagnose the issueS (as the other place missed something huge) and were able to send me to get the jeep taken care of at a shop able to squeeze me in that they trusted. Fixed in a DAY! Above and beyond service on both ends, without a doubt I recommend this location

If you are looking for a flashy showroom and an oily salesman trying to get you into a car you don't want or can't afford this is definitely not your place. However, if you want to have a no pressure plesurable experience i would highly recoomend you check this place out. My daughter was in need of a replacement vehicle and they had a Camry that she was really interested in but unfortunately when I went to check it out there was already an offer pending on it. Cheryl who I was dealing with showed me a couple of other options with no pressure at all and was very helpful. We settled on 2013 Ford Focus with very low mileage at what I thought was avery reasonable price. Once my daughter saw it she thought it would suit her needs very well so we proceeded to buy it. They threw in a 3 year 70000 km warranty with the car included in the purchase price which was very much apprecitated. I chose to upgrade this warranty to include some more of the electrical for an extra $250.00. So again I would not hesitate to go there for another vehicle purcahse. This is in way of an update as of December 20th 2024. When my daughter initially picked up her car in November, when she went to drop off my grandson the next day the car would not engage in reverse and the engine was revving in high RPM's and would not exceed 30 KPH. We had it towed back to Alberta Auto and Liquidators where they diagnosed it and they sent it to City Ford to have a part/ sensor installed. While this was taking place they provided my daughter with another vehicle to drive in the interim. Once this repair on our original purcahse was completed my daughter picked it up and the check engine light came on again on the way home to Sherwood P.ark. The next mornng it dispalyed the same problems as it had initially. I went to their location to discuss the problems we were having and was basically offered three options. 1) They would fix the vehicle to our satisfaction ,2) if they could not do so they would apply the money we had paid for it to another vehcle we found acceptable or 3) they would refund our money and take the vehicle back. I decided to have them fix the vehicle once more prior to taking advantage of options two or three. My daughter has been driving the Focus for about a week and a half now with no apparent problems. I was told the initial repair that failed was on City Ford as they used a faulty or used part instead of a proper one. I must say through this process there were time I questioned whether I had made a mistake buying a vehicle here because of the unfortunate circumstances we experienced I found them more than willing to accomodate us with loaner vehicles and acknowledgement of our concerns. Both the saleslady Cheryl and the manager were considerate and treated us with an honest open approach which I appreciated. I am sure many other places would have taken the attitude Too bad So sad. Sue us. So in conclusion would I buy another car here? Yes basically because of the way we were treated in dealing with difficulties with our purchase.

3 years since I bought my car from these guys, and still very thankful! My case was rather unusual - I bought the car sight unseen to later fly in and drive it home to Vancouver. The staff was beyond helpful on disclosing anything that may be problematic with an older car to make sure I actually get what I want, and fixing the small issues to make my drive safe - and it worked great! I am a happy owner to this day. Thanks a lot, guys!
